Delivery & Return

Delivery and customer service processing times are likely to be extended during the month of August and during periods of high demand (sales, private sales, etc...).

Even if your purchase does not satisfy you fully, you can return any product purchased within 14 (working) days from the date of receipt.
We suggest you to exchange your item for free, depending on availability (shipping cost for the return are at the customer charge).
Here's how:


The item must meet the following conditions:
• Presented in their original condition, new.
• Being labeled 
• The return form must be completed and included in the package.

If you do not follow this procedure, our customer service may have problem register your return , and may be won't be able to take care of your request.


Visit our site anthology-paris.com in the "My Account" then "Order history and details". Select the order number containing the item you wish to return, then click on "details". Select the item concerned and complete all required fields. Your return will be processed by our customer service as soon as possible (an email will be sent to each step) .Once your application approved a return form will be available in your account under "my returns" it will print it and then attach in your package.

We recommend that you choose a shipping & delivery against signature followed.

Important : Your package will be sent at this address. Your package will not be recovered in Relay Point or other.


In case you can not bring us proof of your package (signature) in the event of non-receipt of it. Anthology—Paris will not be held responsible and will not respond to your request for exchange or refund.

CUSTOMS POLICY:

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery.

These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

 

If exchange request:

The exchange is made within 72 hours * upon receipt of your package, and after checking the state must comply with the original one. (In stocks)

Please note that we only offer size or color exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item against an article in another reference, we suggest you return the item ordered, to request a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Once your item exchanged, shipping  the return is free for all destinations.

However, the rights and duties of countries outside the european community will be your responsibility and billed by our carrier.

If at the time of the exchange request (s) product (s) is (are) unavailable (s), anthology—paris agrees to refund within fifteen 15 days from receipt of product (s).

In case of refund request:

We proceed to the refund request (excluding shipping costs) within 72 hours * to receive your package on the credit card used for the transaction.

Your account will be credited in 72 hours. (Except offset linked to a credit card charge - period excluding weekends and holidays)

For a refund, the cost of the return of a parcel are to the customer.

However, while sending a defective product, transport costs will be met on request accompanied by a photo of the product to our customer service or reimbursed upon presentation of an invoice from your carrier.
